Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the sustainability of our event.
General Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable once paid. However, we understand exceptional circumstances may arise.
Refund Eligibility
- Technical issues during payment where the amount is deducted but registration is not confirmed
- Event cancellation by organizers
- Documented medical emergencies preventing participation
Refund Process
- Submit refund request to finance@gitaudaghosh.org within 7 days of payment
- Include transaction details and reason for request
- Credit time: 10-15 business days after approval

By registering for Gita Udaghosh 2026, you agree to the following terms:
Participation Requirements
- Junior Group: Students from 5th to 11th standard
- Senior Group: Open to all participants above 11th standard
- All participants must provide accurate information during registration
Event Rules
- Participants must adhere to the competition schedule
- All decisions made by the judges and organizers are final
- Any form of malpractice will lead to disqualification
Intellectual Property
- All study materials provided are for personal use only
- Recording of sessions without permission is prohibited
- ISKCON Vadodara retains all rights to event content
Modifications
Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, prizes, or terms if necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
